Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. For high-value purchases, we also offer flexible financing through Klarna and Affirm.
Can I modify or cancel my order once it is placed?
Because we aim to dispatch our pieces as quickly as possible, we can only accommodate changes or cancellations within one hour of order placement. Please call us at 678-421-4634 for immediate assistance.
How do I know my order went through?
You will receive an automated confirmation email immediately after checkout. If you don't see it within 10 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us at spacekeepersfbm@gmail.com.

How much does shipping cost?

International: Rates start at $25.00–$65.00 depending on location.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
To ensure the secure delivery of our luxury goods and because we require signatures for high-value items, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Will I have to pay duties on international orders?
For most countries, we ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning taxes and duties are calculated and paid at checkout. You will not owe anything upon delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with all original tags and packaging intact within 14 days of delivery.
How do I start a return?
Please email spacekeepersfbm@gmail.com with your order number to request a prepaid return shipping label. A return processing fee of $10.00 will be deducted from your refund.
Are any items final sale?
Yes. For hygienic and exclusivity reasons, pierced jewelry, intimate apparel, and custom "Made-to-Order" pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.

How do I know which size to choose?
High-fashion cuts vary by designer. We provide a specific Size Guide on every product page. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a tailored fit, or you can contact our concierge for specific measurements.
Are your pieces authentic?
Absolutely. We guarantee the 100% authenticity of every item sold on our site. Each piece undergoes a rigorous quality control check before being wrapped for shipment.
